Month-to-month membership. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice; no long-term contract.
Direct Primary Care membership is not health insurance. Members should maintain appropriate insurance or other coverage for services outside the membership, including emergencies, hospitalization, specialists, imaging, and other services not included in the membership.

A personalized approach to reaching and maintaining a healthier weight. Patients receive an individualized medical evaluation and treatment recommendations from Dr. Shvets.
